Céline Dept, born 8 December 1999, is a Belgian influencer active on TikTok and YouTube, and the first Belgian creator to reach 10 million YouTube subscribers. Born in Ostend, West Flanders, to a Belgian father and Tunisian mother, she played football for clubs including Cercle Brugge K.S.V. before shifting her focus to content creation.

Dept began uploading videos to TikTok in April 2019, and her following grew rapidly: by January 2020 she had become the most-followed Belgian influencer on the platform, with around 2.7 million followers. Reflecting on her rise, she said, “At first, it was all for fun, but suddenly it went super fast and I was busy with it full time.”

Her content centers on football, dance, lip syncs, and pranks, blending her athletic background with entertainment-focused videos, and she also hosts on her own YouTube channel. She expanded into film with a feature-length movie appearance in 2022 and launched her own clothing line that same year, while also partnering with various brands as a sponsored creator.

Her combination of sports credibility and broad entertainment content helped her become one of Belgium’s most prominent social media personalities of her generation.
