In the altered timeline, Maddox Hatter has become a villain. After he captures the Queen of Hearts, Red and Chloe must assemble a new team and return to Wonderland to rescue her.

Kylie Cantrall as Red
Kylie Cantrall returns as Red, the daughter of the Queen of Hearts and one of the movie’s two central protagonists.
After beginning her story as a rebellious Villain Kid in The Rise of Red, Red now faces the pressure of behaving like a “perfect princess.” Her situation becomes more complicated when she discovers that the changed timeline has given her a kindhearted younger sister named Pink.
Red must learn how to be a hero, a leader and a role model while also dealing with changes in her friendship with Chloe. Her developing relationship with Luis Madrigal also becomes part of her journey.
Malia Baker as Chloe
Malia Baker reprises her role as Chloe, the daughter of Cinderella and King Charming.
Chloe helped Red rewrite history in the previous film, but the consequences of that decision now threaten Wonderland. Although Chloe remains committed to doing what is right, the altered reality forces her to explore a different—and potentially darker—side of herself.
Red and Chloe remain the central partnership of Wicked Wonderland, even as the movie introduces a larger team of young characters.
Liamani Segura as Pink
Liamani Segura joins the cast as Pink, Red’s younger sister and another daughter of the Queen of Hearts.
Pink exists because of the new reality created by Red and Chloe’s time-traveling adventure. Unlike Red’s rebellious younger self, Pink is described as kindhearted and sees her older sister as a model of what a princess should be.

Rita Ora reprises her role as the Queen of Hearts, the mother of Red and Pink.
Because Red and Chloe changed the past, the Queen is now a kind and benevolent ruler rather than the ruthless character introduced in The Rise of Red. Her friendship with Cinderella has also been restored.
When Maddox kidnaps her, Red and Chloe must travel through the rabbit hole and gather their new allies to save her.
Brandy as Cinderella
Brandy returns as Cinderella, Chloe’s mother, King Charming’s wife and the Queen of Hearts’ restored best friend.
Brandy first played Cinderella in the celebrated 1997 television adaptation of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella. Her return to the role has created a bridge between that movie and the modern Descendants franchise.
Cinderella and the Queen of Hearts also perform together in the musical number “The Girl I Used to Be.”
Paolo Montalban as King Charming
Paolo Montalban returns as King Charming, Chloe’s father and Cinderella’s husband.
Like Brandy, Montalban previously played his character in the 1997 production of Cinderella. The pair reunited as Cinderella and Charming in Descendants: The Rise of Red before returning for Wicked Wonderland.
Melanie Paxson as Fairy Godmother
Melanie Paxson reprises her role as Fairy Godmother.
Paxson holds a special place in the franchise as the only performer to appear in all five main Descendants movies. Her character has remained connected to Auradon and its young heroes since the original film debuted in 2015. The Walt Disney Company confirmed her franchise milestone.
Awkwafina as Chessy the Cat
Awkwafina voices Chessy the Cat, a new Wonderland character descended from the Cheshire Cat.

After Maddox captures the Queen, Red and Chloe join forces with Pink, Luis, Hazel and Max to stop him. The adventure takes place primarily in present-day Wonderland and explores the consequences of altering time.
Directed by Kimmy Gatewood, the movie features nine original songs and the elaborate music-and-dance sequences associated with the franchise. Tamara Chestna, Dan Frey and Ru Sommer wrote the screenplay.
