William Franklyn-Miller (born 25 March 2004) is an English actor. He made a number of appearances on television before landing a role in the Chinese film Dongji Rescue (2025) and his first leading role portraying George Washington in the period war film Young Washington (2026).

Franklyn-Miller was born on 25 March 2004 and grew up in Australia from the ages of six to fifteen. He is the son of a doctor; as a child, his family moved to Qatar and the UK due to his father’s profession. Franklyn-Miller began modeling in his youth before beginning a career in acting. He made appearances in the Australian soap opera Neighbours and the television series Arrow before landing a recurring role in Medici.
Franklyn-Miller was cast as a British medic in the Chinese film Dongji Rescue (2025) following a two-minute audition. He performed professional stunts for the first time during the production of the film. He subsequently made his debut as a lead in the 2026 film Young Washington, in which he starred as George Washington.
